Refund Policy – Ark Flooring Design

At Ark Flooring Design, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how refunds and adjustments are handled.

 
1. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
If no materials were purchased, deposits may be refunded minus administrative fees.

 
2. Services Not Yet Started
If you choose to cancel before any work begins, you may receive a partial refund depending on material purchases and scheduling costs.

 
3. Materials & Custom Orders
Materials that have already been:

Ordered
Cut
Delivered
Customized
cannot be returned or refunded.

 
4. Work Already Performed
Once work has started:

Labor costs already completed are non-refundable
Any remaining labor not yet performed may be refunded
 
5. Quality Issues
If there is an installation issue caused by our team:

We will repair it at no extra cost
If materials are defective, the manufacturer's warranty rules will apply
 
6. No Refunds For
Damage caused by the homeowner
Wear and tear
Water leaks are not related to flooring installation
Rooms changing after the estimate
Subfloor issues not visible during estimate
