2. Quotes & Estimates
All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may change if:

Additional work is required
Conditions differ from the initial inspection
Customer requests added services
A written updated estimate will be provided before changes are made.

 
3. Deposits & Payments
A down payment may be required before materials or work begin.
Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payments: cash, card, Square, or bank transfer.
Late payments may result in additional fees.
 
4. Scheduling & Access
Customers must:

Provide access to the property on scheduled dates
Ensure furniture or large objects are removed unless removal service is included
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling
Missed appointments may incur fees.

 
5. Installation Conditions
We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing structural issues
Subfloor moisture problems
Electrical issues
Plumbing or appliance malfunctions
Any unforeseen conditions will be communicated before work continues.

 
6. Warranties
We provide:

A workmanship guarantee (installation quality)
Manufacturer warranties for materials when applicable
Damage caused by misuse, water leaks, or improper maintenance is not covered.

 
7. Cancellations
You may cancel before work begins.
Any custom-ordered materials already purchased cannot be refunded.

 
8. Limitation of Liability
Ark Flooring Design is not liable for:

Injuries caused by unsafe conditions in the customer’s home
Delays due to weather, supply issues, or emergencies
Damages caused by customer negligence
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Submit false or misleading information
Attempt unauthorized access to our site
